Inspired by a Lifelong Love of Indian Cooking
This menu is especially close to my heart.
In my early years as a chef, I had the privilege of working alongside the wonderfully talented Indian actress and chef Madhur Jaffrey during her visit to Ballymaloe. Often considered the godmother of Indian cooking, Madhur sparked in me a deep love for the balance, warmth and generosity of Indian food.

That short time learning from her stayed with me.

Now, from my kitchen in Argyll, it is a real pleasure to share these flavours with our local community, holiday let owners and guests staying nearby.
