Use it to marinate chicken, fish, veggies or even tofu — whether you're roasting, grilling, or barbecuing, this marinade guarantees big flavour every time.

Ingredients
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp Peri Peri spice mix
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
Preparation
1. Blend together all the ingredients together. Marinate meat, fish, tofu or halloumi for 30 minutes to 1 hour before grilling barbecuing or roasting.
2. Use it on anything you want to make fiery and delicious.
