About the Recipe

This fiery peri peri marinade is your secret weapon for adding bold, punchy flavour to just about anything. Packed with chilli heat, zesty citrus, and aromatic spices, it brings a perfect balance of spice, tang, and depth. Use it to marinate chicken, fish, veggies or even tofu — whether you're roasting, grilling, or barbecuing, this marinade guarantees big flavour every time.

Ingredients

Juice of 1 lemon

2 tsp Peri Peri spice mix

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

Pinch of salt

Preparation

1.     Blend together all the ingredients together. Marinate meat, fish, tofu or halloumi for 30 minutes to 1 hour before grilling barbecuing or roasting.

2.     Use it on anything you want to make fiery and delicious.
