These recipes have been created in my own kitchen, using everyday ingredients and simple techniques, so they slot easily into real life cooking, whether you’re feeding the family midweek or cooking for friends at the weekend.

• You have the legal right to cancel your order for a physical cookbook within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

• Books must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a refund.

• Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• If your book arrives damaged or faulty, you’re entitled to a replacement or full refund, including postage.

• Digital cookbooks are non-refundable once downloaded, unless there’s a technical issue accessing the file.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping Summary Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days using Royal Mail. UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.
