5.0 out of 5 stars What a fabulous book!

The recipes are all clearly written and easy to follow. Anything even slightly out of the ordinary is explained (I will now be looking for en cocotte pots in charity shops). I love the little insights in the introductions to recipes about how the author has used them in her working and home life.
Margot is clearly an accomplished chef and her recipes are so delicious, but also very doable, even for a beginner cook. And there are recipes for all dietary requirements: vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, meat-eater. This is a book I actually cook from.
    All together an inspiration.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for an amateur if you want to impress people!
