Here at Meg’s Scottish Kitchen, we’ve created a Heat & Eat menu inspired by the bold, vibrant flavours of India and Southeast Asia — a collection of Indian ready prepared meals designed for slow evenings, relaxed holidays, and easy gatherings around the table.
Whether you’ve spent the day exploring the shores of Loch Awe or simply want a night off from cooking, these curry dishes, simply heat, eat & enjoy together, bring restaurant-quality food straight to your door — with none of the fuss.
This menu is especially close to my heart. In my early years as a chef, I had the privilege of spending time with Madhur Jaffrey during her frequent visits to Ballymaloe Cookery School. That experience sparked a lifelong love of Indian cooking — its balance, its depth, and its generosity.
Now, from my kitchen here in Argyll, I’m sharing that passion with you.
