About the Recipe
Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, these peri peri potato wedges are the perfect spicy sidekick. Coated in my bold peri peri spice mix and roasted to golden perfection, they deliver just the right amount of heat and crunch. Serve them with your favourite dip or alongside grilled meats and wraps for a crowd-pleasing feast. Warning: they’re seriously addictive!

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
2 tsp Peri Peri spice mix
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200°C
1. Toss wedges with oil, spice and salt.
2. Bake for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway through.
