This Italian herby oil is a flavour-packed staple that brings a little sunshine to every dish. Infused with aromatic herbs, garlic, and a good-quality olive oil, it’s perfect for drizzling over roasted veg, tossing through pasta, or dipping with crusty bread. Simple to make and endlessly versatile, it’s a kitchen essential you’ll reach for again and again.

Ingredients

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp Italian herb blend

Pinch of sea salt

Preparation

  1. Whisk together the ingredients, don’t panic as it will separate. 

  2. Use it for dipping crusty bread, drizzling over salads, or brushing onto grilled meats and vegetables
